A few things to know

Before you begin.

Who is Training Rhythm for?

People who want a place to prepare and record their strength workouts, with choices for the equipment, time and training priorities they have.

Do I need an account?

New users sign in with Apple. Existing Guest libraries can still open on permitted devices; signing in never automatically transfers their records. An unfinished workout resumes on the device that holds its saved plan.

When can I download it?

We’re preparing a free US release for iPhone and iPad. The App Store link will appear here when the app is available.
